only reason I was changing my existing mini was to get the integral sat nav system and I wanted exactly the same spec as the car I was driving. I made this very clear with each conversation. My new car does not have keyless entry so I've rejected it

This is my second Mini - I went back to Barons as my first experience was excellent from the sale through to picking up the car I was made to feel special. This time customer service was very poor - the manager never gave thanks for business.

Customer service from my adviser was great! However I had to wait 45 minutes before I was seen, then a further delay in waiting for my hire car. Disappointing as I was in a rush to get to work in the morning.

It takes an inordinate amount of time to actually book a service due to the telephone system. I spent just over 2 and a half hours over two days just trying to book my car in.

Waiting too long to be seen after arriving. Booked a loan car last week & asked for a mini & I couldn't believe it was a large BMW car that I was not happy to drive, Last week my car passed the MOT I was not aware of brake pads that needed attention

Told there was a recall and they would fit parts whilst servicing. Phoned later in the day to say they didn't have parts! Had to leave the car with them for another day.

There were a number of light scratches however Alice Ferris got them buffed out while we waited, which was good service. I wasn't very pleased that the printed handbook didn't cover the satnav system. This should be corrected.
