no apology for the shocking condition of my brand new car when I came to view it before purchase and it clearly wasn't thoroughly checked before handover hence having to book in to have bodywork corrections. Still no apology on finally collecting.

These were extraordinary times in that we had ordered our new car for delivery pre lockdown but it was only finally able to be delivered to us at the end of June. But the dealership in general kept in touch with us as far as they were able.
