The washer issue and the fact the service light was not reset after the service and the car had to go back in to have this done.

Unable to accept rationale about software either needing to be fit for purpose from purchase date, and/or to be reinstalled free of charge given it was faulty from the start, but £250 is extraordinary and anti-competitive as who else can offer this?
